Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the CineSense mobile application and related services (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. By using it you represent that you meet this requirement.

Your account

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• You agree to provide accurate information and keep it current.
• One person, one account. You may not transfer or sell your account.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful purposes or to harass, abuse, or harm others.
• Scrape, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract source code or data from the Service.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or our systems.
• Interfere with the operation of the Service or the experience of other users.
• Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
• Upload or transmit viruses or malicious code.

Content and intellectual property

Movie metadata, posters, and cast information are provided by The Movie Database (TMDB) and are used under their terms. Streaming availability data is provided by JustWatch. CineSense does not host or stream movies.

The CineSense name, logo, and the design, code, and content we create remain our property or the property of our licensors. You may not use them without written permission.

User submissions

By submitting content to the Service (such as usernames, feedback, or bug reports), you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and adapt it for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.

Ads and third parties

The Service may display advertisements delivered by Google AdMob. Your interaction with third-party links and services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if we believe you have violated these Terms or created risk or legal exposure for us.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that recommendations will match your preferences.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will CineSense, its affiliates, or its suppliers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenues, data, or use.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If a change is material, we will notify you in-app or by email. Continued use after the change means you accept the updated Terms.

Consumer rights

If you use the Service as a consumer in Argentina, you retain all rights granted to you by Consumer Protection Law No. 24.240 and related regulations. Nothing in these Terms limits or waives those mandatory rights, and any provision that conflicts with them does not apply to you.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service will be submitted to the ordinary courts of the City of Buenos Aires, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. If you use the Service as a consumer, nothing in this section deprives you of mandatory protections (including the right to bring proceedings in your place of residence) granted by the consumer-protection laws of your jurisdiction.
